تطبيق وموقع «ROJA» نظام لإدارة شركات النقل والحاويات، تشغّله 3M International (ROJA)، ومبني على منصّة Portalyx التقنية. الصفحة دي بتشرح البيانات اللي النظام بيجمعها، وبيستعملها في إيه، ومين بيشوفها، وإزاي تطلب حذفها.
البيانات اللي بنجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الموبايل، وكلمة المرور (بتتخزّن مشفّرة ومحدش يقدر يقراها)، ودورك في الشركة.
- بيانات الشغل اللي الشركة وموظفينها بيدخلوها: العملاء والموردين والسواقين والشاحنات والرحلات والحاويات والفواتير والتحصيلات والمصروفات والعهد، والصور اللي بتترفع زي اللوجو.
- الموقع الجغرافي: للمناديب والسواقين بس، وهم مسجّلين دخول، وبعد إذنهم من الجهاز — عشان الشركة تشوف مكان الشاحنات على الخريطة. مش بيتجمع لأي حد تاني ومش بيُستعمل لإعلانات.
- بيانات الجهاز والأمان: عنوان الإنترنت (IP) ونوع الجهاز والمتصفح ومواعيد الدخول، وسجل بالتعديلات اللي اتعملت على البيانات — للحماية ولمراجعة أي خطأ.
- الإشعارات: لو وافقت على الإشعارات، بنحفظ معرّف الاشتراك بتاع جهازك عشان نبعتلك تحديثات الرحلات.
- عملاء الشركة اللي بيتابعوا شحنة من رابط التتبّع: عدد مرات فتح الرابط، واشتراك الإشعارات لو وافقوا عليه.
بنستعملها في إيه
- تشغيل النظام: الرحلات والفواتير والحسابات والتقارير.
- إرسال إشعارات بالتغييرات اللي تخصّك.
- تأكيد رقم الموبايل برسالة كود (OTP)، وحماية الحسابات من الدخول غير المسموح.
- الالتزامات القانونية والضريبية، زي الاحتفاظ بالفواتير.
مين بيشوف البيانات
- جوّه الشركة: كل مستخدم بيشوف اللي دوره يسمح بيه — المالك والإدارة بيشوفوا بيانات الشركة، والمندوب والسائق بيشوفوا شغلهم. بيانات كل شركة منفصلة عن الشركات التانية.
- مقدّمي خدمات تقنية بنستعملهم: Google Firebase (رسائل كود التفعيل والإشعارات)، وخدمة إشعارات Apple (بتوصّل عنوان الإشعار ونصّه لتطبيق الآيفون)، وخرائط Google (عرض الخريطة)، وCloudflare (حماية الاتصال وتوصيله)، وشركة استضافة السيرفر، وبوابة الدفع Kashier لمدفوعات الاشتراك. كل واحد بياخد اللي محتاجه لخدمته بس.
- مش بنبيع بياناتك لأي حد، ومش بنستعملها في إعلانات.
بنحتفظ بيها لحد إمتى
طول ما حساب الشركة شغّال. لما يتطلب حذف حساب، بيتراجع ويتنفّذ خلال ٣٠ يوم، ما عدا السجلات اللي القانون بيلزم بالاحتفاظ بيها (زي الفواتير والسجلات الضريبية) — دي بتفضل للمدة القانونية، والنسخ الاحتياطية بتتمسح مع دورتها.
الحماية
الاتصال كله مشفّر (https)، وكلمات المرور متخزّنة مشفّرة، وكل شركة معزولة عن غيرها، وكل حركة على البيانات بتتسجّل باسم اللي عملها.
حقوقك
تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها عن طريق مسؤول شركتك، وتقدر تطلب حذف حسابك من صفحة طلب حذف الحساب — موجودة كمان جوّه التطبيق في قايمة حسابك.
الأطفال
النظام مخصّص لموظفي الشركات، ومش موجّه لأي حد أقل من ١٨ سنة.

Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-13
The “ROJA” app and website is a management system for transport and container companies, operated by 3M International (ROJA) and built on the Portalyx platform.
Data we collect
- Account: name, mobile number, password (stored hashed), and your role in the company.
- Business records entered by the company and its staff: clients, suppliers, drivers, trucks, trips, containers, invoices, payments, expenses, custody and uploaded images such as logos.
- Location: only for agents and drivers, while signed in and only after they grant permission on the device, so the company can see its trucks on a map. Never used for advertising.
- Device and security: IP address, device/browser type, sign-in times, and an audit log of changes.
- Notifications: if you allow them, your device's push subscription, to send trip updates.
- People following a shipment through a tracking link: link views, and a push subscription if they accept.
How we use it
To run the service (trips, invoices, accounts, reports), to send notifications that concern you, to verify phone numbers with a one-time code and protect accounts, and to meet legal and tax obligations.
Who can see it
Inside the company, each user sees what their role allows; each company's data is isolated from every other company. Service providers process data only to deliver their service: Google Firebase (verification codes and notifications), the Apple Push Notification service (carries a notification's title and text to the iPhone app), Google Maps, Cloudflare (network protection and delivery), our hosting provider, and Kashier (subscription payments). We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while the company account is active. Deletion requests are reviewed and carried out within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep (such as invoices and tax records), which are kept for the legal period. Request deletion at the account deletion page, also linked from the account menu inside the app.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, companies are isolated from each other, and every change is logged with the user who made it.
Children
The service is for company staff and is not directed to anyone under 18.
